1. 2. The density of laminated wood flooring substrate (high-density fiberboard) should be 0.82-0.96 g/cm3, and neither too low nor too high density is suitable.
3. The water resistance performance is reflected by the water absorption thickness expansion rate index. If the index value is high, the water resistance is poor, which easily causes size changes in humid environments.
4. After assembling 6-12 pieces of flooring on flat ground, use hand touch and visual observation to observe whether the machining accuracy is flat and smooth, whether the mortise and tenon fit properly, and whether it should be too loose or too tight. At the same time, carefully check the height difference and gap size of the assembly between the floors.
